  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy
